Comprehensive renovation in Valencia

Open living room-kitchen

In this renovation we focused on transforming the old dining room into a modern and versatile space that integrates the living room, dining room and kitchen in the same open environment. To achieve this, we demolished partitions, which allowed us to gain space and enhance the entry of natural light. We also completely renovated the floors and replaced the ceilings with new, more modern and elegant smooth-tile finishes. The kitchen was completely redesigned with furniture in neutral tones, bringing freshness, balance and timelessness to the whole. The final result is a bright, functional and welcoming space, designed to be enjoyed with family or friends, where every corner transmits modernity and comfort.

KITCHEN INTEGRATION PROJECT

Extension of a living/dining room space with kitchen

The first renovation project was done to be able to move in as soon as possible, smoothing the walls and changing the floor to a parquet imitation porcelain.

The premise of this project

The premise of this project was to create a kitchen space around which the rest of the large shared living room with hall, living room and dining room would revolve.

A kitchen with personality, with solutions for everyday life and above all very functional, since initially the kitchen was located in another area of the house and they wanted to integrate the kitchen into this space and form a third bedroom where the kitchen was.
